A Simple 6 Step Process To Get Your Patent Search Results

When you click the "Start Patent Search Online" icon, you will be taken through the following steps sequentially:
 

1. Entry of your contact details
2. You will be presented with an electronic Confidentiality Agreement from us to you that you can print for your records
3. You can select what type of patent search you would like us to perform
4. We will advise you of the limitations associated with the patent search you have chosen and you will need to acknowledge these
5. You enter information about your invention or provide information to us in a .pdf file
6. You can pay for your search by Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Paypal

Your patent search results will then be emailed to you within 5 working days along with our brief report. Patent documents will be provided in .pdf when freely available.

It should be noted that we do, on occasion, have a conflict of interest arising from work we are already carrying out for other clients and if we believe such a conflict exists, we will inform you before we commence work on your search and your payment will be refunded within 5 working days.

Once you receive the patent search results, if you have difficulty understanding them or if you are not sure whether your invention is patentable in light of the results, you may wish to engage Baxter IP, Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys to perform a review of the patent search results.
